I hold a current Level 2 Food handling certificate.

I am the proud owner of a 5* Environmental Health Certificate

I started as a hobby baker in 2012. Word quickly spread about my passion for creating cakes so, 18 months later I decided to set up Caron's Cakery.

I love a challenge and get really excited when an idea is brought to me to recreate in cake!

I have made over 400 cakes, each one as individual as the person it has been created for.
